Pre purchase package

Pre purchase package is our most popular and comprehensive Home Inspection. Takes Approximately 2 hours. The inspector will review all of the homes components and systems with you. Provides a Complete Written Report with photographs provided within 24 hours.

We recommend you accompany the inspector on his inspection. The inspector will show you the location of critical components and explain the regular maintenance requirements. Shut offs for emergencies are identified for you.

For houses 1500 SQ FT and less $375 + $18.75(GST), Total Price $393.75. For houses 2500 SQ. FT and less add $50 + $2.50(GST), Total Price $446.25. For houses more than 2500 SQ. FT add an additional $50 + $2.50(GST) Total Price $498.75.



Pre-Listing package

Takes about 2 hours. This Inspection is similar to a pre purchase package . We provide a complete Written Report of the condition of your home prior to putting it on the market. This extensive report provides the opportunity to repair or replace items or components that may prevent prospective buyers from making an offer to purchase.

We recommend you accompany the inspector on this inspection as it is a great opportunity to converse with the Inspector and have him provide insight on what may deter potential buyers.

WALK THROUGH CONSULTATION

Approximately 1 hour, additional time may be purchased. It is strongly recommended that you accompany the Consultant; as this is a verbal consultation no report is provided. It is highly recommended you come prepared to take notes. Walk Through Consultation is not recommended for 1st time Home Buyers.

THERMAL IMAGING

Home Inspections by Les can provide thermal imaging services as an optional add on service to your home inspection or Walk Thru Consultation. A water leak is a major problem because of the immense difficulty in locating the leak. Using a thermal camera Home Inspector Les Tripp may be able to identify the source of the water leak.

Thermal camera images also reveal areas where there is a shortage of insulation. Ask about the advantages of getting a thermal image done as part of your next home inspection.
