Les was punctual, thorough, polite and knowledgable when he came to do the initial inspection on my home, prior to me purchasing it. He came prepared for the rainy weather and was easy to talk to and understand in terms of his observations, concerns and recommendations about the home. He certainly put me at ease about my upcoming purchase, and provided me with a very detailed inspection report within a few days after the inspection itself was completed.
